With the Hilton Grand Vacations mobile app Club Members and Vacation Package Holders have direct access to all the outstanding content and functionality found online - all with a tap of their smartphone. Plus, Members will have a digital travel guide and interactive resort concierge designed to deliver a better experience before, during, and after a stay.

If you have already created an account on the Club Member Website (club.hiltongrandvacations.com) or the Vacation Package Holder Site (concierge.hiltongrandvacations.com), please Sign In with the email address and password you created during that process.

MY TRIP: View a snapshot of your trip details, including reservation information, on-property activities and dining options, as well as any events or promotions offered on property or near you during your stay


GUEST FEEDBACK: Provide your thoughts and feedback regarding your stay while you’re on vacation and once you return home


PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: Receive messages and alerts directly to your smartphone so you can stay informed and focused on enjoying your vacation

MOBILE BOOKING: Club Members can search for the perfect vacation with our new mobile-friendly booking engine. Choose “My Dates” if you know the exact dates you’d like to travel and only see availability for what you are looking for. If your dates are flexible, choose “Flex” and you can see availability across a range dates, or choose “Open Season” and see just what’s available during the Open Season rental window.


CLUB GUIDE: Connect with fellow Club Members in an online community where you can post questions and make or read recommendations on what to do during your trip


CLUB DASHBOARD: Make and manage reservations, points, membership details, and more...just like you would on the Club website



FRONT DESK MESSAGING: Club Members can now chat with the front desk during their stay at many Hilton Grand Vacations resorts. This new feature allows you to quickly make requests and get answers to questions about your stay directly from our mobile app. The Front Desk Messaging feature will be available on the My Trip Dashboard throughout your stay at eligible HGV resorts.

App is OK, but it's much easier to use the web site for booking. The app gives you a list of rooms and availability for the specific dates, but the website gives you a visual to let you know available around the date selected quickly. When I'm planning, often times I want to see what's available around the time I'm looking for, not necessarily specific dates. The app makes it difficult to do that, so I have to sit down at a computer to do my bookings.

Its getting better... take a look at the way you scroll through the calendar... does not work well on a cell phone. As you swipe down to the next or follow-on month, it pauses. Makes it difficult to cycle between months when picking dates for availability. The work around is to press and hold while swiping, which only allows one month to advance at a time.

I know they are separate entities but this app has a long way to go in comparison to the Hilton App. It's difficult to find the yearly fee payment. The app doesn't reveal your current bookings until you refresh once logged in. It is difficult to view photos within the app prior to booking a property. It's pretty glitchy and not very cohesive as a booking app.
