No longer functions after the latest samsung s23 software update. Hiti needs to update the software to be compatible. Also not compatible with some newer iphones & updates as well. Just crashes or won't respond. Hiti doesn't update the prinbiz compatibility often enough.

A million negative stars for this rubbish! If you manage to connect wirelessly to the printer, when you try print to it, nothing gets sent to the printer. Completely and absolutely useless. The manufacturers are either incompetent or revel in the massive frustration they bring to their customers. Printer is a paperweight now. Even the desktop printing app is not available on their website as a backup. Sort your product out or close your business and stop ripping us off!

Impossible to use, instructions don't work and no way to get support. In this day and age it shouldn't be this difficult to connect to a printer and still have internet access on my device.
