Very poor after sales service, especially for electric products. Don't expect return or refund once it is paid, even when there is problem about the product. Fine to buy cheap products there, but careful for more expensive products.

Has been using it for years. The app is badly designed and has no improvement over the years. Recently, it keeps saying unknown error, and when I can finally arrive at the checkout page, it says the delivery quota is fully booked. The app doesn't allow people to purchase. Funny.

Very intrusive ads. Funny they show you things you probably won't buy in the process of you shopping for the things you are likely to buy. It's like the platform is trying to distract you from making a purchase.
