Ever since Expedia took over VRBO, I've had so many issues with the owners app. I've spent hours on the phone without resolution. For what we are paying them, we deserve and should demand better. So very frustrated. I've been on vrbo for 10 years so it's not like I'm new and don't know how every aspect of the app IS SUPPOSED to work. They send the issues to "tech" and all I get is an email stating the issue has been resolved when it hasn't been. What a scam. Someone isn't doing their job.

Whatever you guys recently did/updated messed up the entire application! Messages would never load, so I figured I'd try logging out and back in. Now, similar to other recent reviews, I'm unable to log in on the app, but it works on desktop. I can't always be on my desktop to respond to guests, as I'm sure others are in the same boat. Otherwise, why else have a mobile app to manage your listing(s)/guests. This is extremely unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed sooner than later!

Android app doesn't work for 3 consecutive days on my Pixel 6 Pro - calendar and messages fail to load. No in-app notification. Reinstalled the app, still doesn't work. I remember having the same issue in the past for several days, maybe a year ago. Very unstable, unpredictable, can't rely on it serving renters - always must have an alternative laptop or apple phone.
