As a service point the point if the app us to scan parcels in & out. Does not help when the app keeps crashing

I just want to use this app to track parcels that are send with Homerr to a nearby pick-up point, but it turns out this app is only for private persons or shops that want to become a Homerr pick-up point. No explanation/warning about that in app description in Play Store without clicking to full App description, nor any word about that when you register in the app, until the point where you have to choose which type of pick-up point you want to be 😶 🆘 I JUST WANT TO TRACK MY PARCELS . HELP 🆘

Beste Hilko, de app is inderdaad alleen bedoeld voor Homerrs (winkels of particulieren die pakketten aannemen). Voor meer informatie over de status van je pakket kan je op track.homerr.com kijken. Mvg Team Homerr

Cannot register (keeps asking for permissions it already has). Just wanted to track my parcels. Why do I need to register? Update: Apparently the app is not for tracking. I think it should be, tracking multiple package by mail isn't manageable at all. Using a third-party app for tracking now.

Dear Joost, the app is for pick up and drop off locations only. To track parcels please see our track and trace website via the emails or directly via Track.homerr.com.
