ability to control by zone is great. I do doubt the real temperature of the room versus the temperature recorded. Also there are some annoying optimisation and automation rules that whikst funky and valuable are damn complex to control and manage. For example if the zoned area thinks a wondow is open it drops the thermostat control to 5 degC. This is annoying when you know that there was no window open and you want to override it. otherwise a great system and oays back within 2 years.

Good but missing certain features. E. G. Would be nice to be able to block a thermostat so that a child can not just turn it. Alternatively get some notification when suddenly a temperature is detected above 25 degrees or so. It is likely unintentional. When you go away and you set temperature until a certain day, it is not clear that specific day would be restored or is it the last day with lower temperature?

Poor star rating due to the fact that at least once a day, if not every time I open the app, it crashes, and I have to log back in with my email. Or it it takes that long to open you have frozen. it never used to be like this but has got really bad recently. I have had this system to control my heating for many years on the whole, it's ok. it's a little complicated to set up and not as easy as others to adjust or boost, but with such a big investment for 16 rads, I'm not going to change it now.
