If you hit back to return to the home screen, your entire cart is deleted & you have to reenter your info. There's no place or even mention of tip for the delivery driver, which defeats the purpose of delivery. Charges are not shown on the app as shown on the website when ordering. For example; adding lettuce to a sub that doesn't come with lettuce, is an additional $0.75. So if you add it, tomato & banana peppers, you're being charged an additional $2.25 without knowledge.

Overall easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that you have to wait until check out to do special instructions. Example: cut sub into 4 pieces. Otherwise, a very easy app to use.

Kind of clunky. Tons of options in the app that are all abbreviated and tough to figure out what's going on. A lot of the options make no sense for the item you're ordering (do you want a ham and fat free Italian dressing calzonw? How about garlic knots with beef?).
