It lags terribly & the selections are not the same as the website. It took me forever to get my rewards added to the order. First it says coupon not found and when I tried again it would say it was already added to the order but when I looked it wouldn't show. I would have to go back out and back in and then it would be there. The $8 subtotal minimum for a web order sucks especially if you are using rewards. If you are going to charge $5 for delivery it should go towards the minimum

This time wasn't so bad but the previous 3 times were so bad I would have given 1 star but what can I say I like their pizza I just think they should invest more in the app. One more thing. Stop asking for a tip. If I took the time to order thru your app and go pick it up, where does the service from someone come into play. In fact, you should be giving more of a break off the order.

Difficult. Every time we try to order, this app is difficult. This time, it wouldn't let my husband change the month his credit card expires. I ended up taking over and the same thing happened to me. Frustrating! Finally, I tried again and was ready to give up, when I changed it to a different month, twice, then the expiration month we really wanted and this time it worked! We are also frustrated that we receive no notification of when the pizza is going to be ready.
