Usually works. This app will let you order toppings that the restaurant does not physically have which results in delayed or unfulfilled orders. Also if your card declines once, the app deletes your card info. I have a reloadable debit card and it's a pain to re-enter it's info because i forgot to reload it. The app will periodically log you out, then if you don't remember your password, you have to create a new account and lose all your reward points because password reset email doesn't work

Update: Pizzas went up 40% in price in the last few years! They are not worth $15+ each and they used to be a pretty good deal but no more. I can no longer log in to my account. Not sure what happened but they just don't even send me the password reset email despite confirming I have an account. My points expired which is silly. Overall avoid blaze and this terrible app

This app need to be updated! Every time I order online, it doesn't automatically update my flame (score) which is used for my reward later. I have to go to the register every single time to ask for the actual receipt with the barcode. It's really inconvenient. And for the last time, the receipt came out without barcode.The manager at the location said that I have to order in-store in order to get that barcode. So what's the point of ordering online and receive the score?š¤ Pls fix that.
