[2024-03-23 app started to work after last update, had to factory reset phone and reinstall everything, due to incoming call issues two days ago, app no longer works after that, while all the other apps are working like before...] [2023-05-27 update, still nothing but white when app is opened...] App does not work, just bought a house and cannot get past the opening blank screen... Was really excited to view my info in my cell instead of having to use the website, but helas!

After resetting your phone, have you tried to install the application again? If the problem persists after the update, please call us at 1-888-858-7927. Thank you.

I like the app even though you need to play around with it to figure out what features it has but it shows me my electricity consumption on a daily/weekly and monthly basis and in comparison to different time periods and it helps give me an idea of what my electricity bill will be. Being able to see the daily consumption helps me find ways to decrease it especially during the days it isn't that cold outside. It's a useful tool.
