Alex Setiawan : this is a real puzzle coz it must be solved, if you cannot progress and feel you must pay to move forward, despite our contnuously free gift, then maybe you did not catch yet the main principle of the game and we invite you to play the tutorial once more ^^

Upon loading I get a wooded background and numbers counting up from zero to what seems infinite. I've reinstalled several times. Oneplus1 5.1

That would be typical of not getting GooglePlay server response, Please be sure to have an updated version of GooglePlay app on your phone (and clear cache of both game and googleplay app), you may want to contact our support, also, with a copy of your logcat attached (if possible) so we can do further investigation..
