Very disappointing and annoying service, I regret buying car insurance from this particular service provider. Lack of communication and poor customer service is what you can experience here, even for any minor claim it may take weeks and don't expect they will reach you out.

Itโs been over a year since SGIO made the move to NRMA Insurance, along with thousands of SGIO customers. That means weโll be removing the SGIO app from Google and the App Store May 24th. Instead, you can download the NRMA Insurance app, and log in with your SGIO username and password.
