Poorly designed app with corners cut in the designing of the UI (Incompatible with adaptive dark mode because the text is photolayered without proper background erasure, seriously?) Extremely difficult to log in or sign up, even with singpass and unclear instructions all round. Terrible app for booking facilities with bots running rampant camping the page every 7am.

This app is barely functional. App is very buggy, needing to restart multiple times due it hanging. Support team is almost non-existent due to lack of response to tickets sent to them. Most frustrating part is that the app becomes very slow at certain timings or the day; and there will be lots of barriers during said timings as well if you try to navigate the app to book something. Overall, user experience of this app is just bad.

one of the most amnoying app experience i ever had. firstly i could not scan in my child using the same wallet i had set up for my account. had to spend time to buy a separate pass. then i wasn't able to scan out. i spent so much time at the gate just trying to enter and exit. the min top up of $10 is also too high. however the staff at the swimming complex i was at were very helpful and assisted with manual entry and exit. hence there need to be a staff at the office at all times.
