Constant crashing and freezing - This app is terrible. I have to restart this app 3 to 4 times every time I open it in order to monitor my child. The image frequently freezes, so it looks like my child is sleeping when he is not! The mobile and desktop apps need some serious work. Which sucks because the camera itself is great. Great quality image, awesome night vision, and cute music extras. Just the camera is rendered useless by this sub-par app it's attached to.

UPDATE 1/27/2024 Still having the sameissue. Time to change system possibly. So far I can only open the app one time and it will work. If I close the app or go back on at a different time or dare I have to uninstall and reinstall it just so I can use it once and have to repeat that process every time I want to use my camera and the app. I do love the app and camera system, I just wish I didn't have to uninstall and install each time I want to use it. More stars when I don't have this problem.

Issues for 18 months, always has been something going on, but spent so much money on 4 cameras. I'm frustrated that it drains your battery, I even get warnings on phone to have app put to deep sleep cause it uses so much of the phones capacity. Wifi says excellent, everything works fine except the camera/app. It'll say cannot connect, or it keep loading, then sometimes will load then disconnect. Hard to keep views on your 2 kids when you can have cameras at night. I have a baby and toddler
