The application is not good because: 1) On at least 2 ocassions, I, as a customer, try to open it, but the time-runner icon shows it is processing whilst nothing opens. Not after 2 minutes.... 2) As a customer, I try to submit electricity readings. As I submit, straight afterwards on screen shows- "Thank you.. for submitting your reading.. ". So far, it is all good. But the readings I have submitted since months now do not show in the app, readings section. Neither in history section..

Tried registration but when it came to signing in asked for user name and I tried everything and nothing worked.. sure it didn't ask me to provide one to start with. Why not try and just use email address and password and make life easier for everyone. Tried deleting Appa Nd starting over but still wants that user name so I guess I'm locked out.
