Generally effective. It would be nice to have the app allow you to select a new session when you have one scheduled in the same block of time vs having to escape, scroll to find the one you currently have scheduled, deselecting that one, then search back for the one you wanted to change to. Other than that its pretty decent.

Here is a massive problem I found with this app today. If you are registered for a session and are free minutes late and your seat is given to someone wait listed then you cannot unregister to go to other sessions. I was booked for a 2 hour session and because of the scenario I explained above wasn't able to register for other sessions and had to sit around doing nothing at ibm think 2019 until my next session.

frequently hung resynching schedule. had to uninstall to get app to run after schedule update. calendar should position to current date vs first day of the weeks agenda.
