Horrific experience. Ordered 8 person taxi. They rang me 15 minutes before pick up to say didn't have the big taxi and will send two cars and then charged us for the two versus the one we agreed for when it was their logistics error! And both cars were very late.

The service and the app are horrible. The taxi would never ever be on time, says in 10 min but today I waited atleast 20min until I canceled and got a good old cab. Drivers do not follow the GPS to get to a pick up point. Couple times they've gone somewhere completely else and then blamed me for wrong address even if I as a costumer just accept the pick up point that the app offers. Not impressed

After the other reviews I was wary. But the drivers turned up within 10 mins of the booked time, they were polite and professional. You can't add a tip after the trip has finished which is odd: I don't generally tip just because they turn up.
