I phoned today instead of using app but I have used it & it's great apart from two little problems the first two times I got picked up, my pick up point was a Shell Garage & there are two Shell Garages one on each side of the street but a roundabout between them & at first they kept going to the wrong one but now they know now what they're doing..... So 5 🌟 from me. ..

Following ordering a Taxi through the app and being told it was to arrive on time via the confirmed booking system I patiently waited for the taxi to arrive. Following a delayed ten minutes I decided to contact the company to establish where the taxi was and why it was late. The call handler who gave the name of Kylie was extemely rude and very uncooperative. She Proceeded to answer abruptly and put the phone down on two separate occasions. I have explained that I will be reporting this to the licensing department on Monday. She clearly does not deserve to be employed and would be lucky to achieve being employed by a company who respected their customers.

Terrible app. Let's you prebook taxis, takes the fare from your bank account, sends a confirmation text to your mobile phone then taxi never shows up, I've phoned up to double check bookings but operator says no record of booking, happened several times so I'm deleting and will stick to old school way, phone 555555
