ABC Taxis Norwich

Really great taxi company but the app is absolutely useless. Book on the phone! When I search a location it just 'loads' forever and never shows any results. On the odd time it does load and I book a trip to pre-pay by card, it goes through but doesn't show in upcoming trips - after calling to check whether its gone through, It doesn't actually book so I have to pay in car. Will delete the app and continue to book on the phone.

Quite easy to use but not a lot of use for securing a pick up. Often says a time you can be picked up at but when you attempt to book it, the app just says no driver available, try later. If no driver is free, why say a time when you can be picked up? Usually end up ringing them.

ABC are a good taxi company, punctual, friendly drivers and nice cars. I can't for the life of me understand how they can put their name to such a poorly designed app. I have on numerous occasions booked taxis via the app and despite a booking being created and a hold placed on my bank card, the booking does not appear in my upcoming trips nor do I receive email confirmation. I then have to contact the office by telephone to make another booking! This kind of defeats the purpose of having an app
