I used this app in the past multiple times and it used to work well, then the October update happened. I used the app and service, got home, went to bed only to by woken up at 3am in the morning because the app is notifying me every 5 minutes that a cab had been booked, the driver had arrived, and my journey had ended repeatedly... Confused I checked my emails to make sure no cabs had actually been booked. You messed with my sleep. Why am I paying you for multiple disturbances? Uninstalled. 👎

Apparently not fixed. The App is perfectly happy to take the 1p 'ping' out of my bank account (no where have I seen all these 1ps returned to my account) but when it comes to taking the fare, payment declined. Arrow says it's a problem with my bank, my bank are 100% certain that it's a problem with the app. Zero help, problem began with the old App and persists with the new one. Arrow are not interested in fixing issues, just sneakily stealing your money, 1p at a time...

Worst customer experience ever, not intuitive, difficult to use, poor design, not logical, allowing access to my phone's location app would not let change my current location of Crete as the start location, had to disable this function and use favourites to set the pickup location, total rubbish, this firm is official taxi service for my local airport, so would have expected a request for flight number so taxi could ammend pick up time if flight delayed!
