This is such a clunky app to use. Honestly it's easier just to call to book, faster too. Plus there's no tip option.

Not able to make a booking as both cards on my profile are out of date. Unable to delete cards. Unable to add more than 2 cards to my account.

Absolute joke for a firm. Did online payment, and claimed that the didn't get paid, plus driver was 25 minutes late even though I called and the said he is 5 minutes away, (showed on map 5 min) no traffic. When asked driver why he said not my fault the just notified me. Told him to go right he went his own way. When asked why he got a bit aggressive. His way added 5 minutes to the trip. And me late for work. No managers available to talk to and the only reply was send us a email
