Really quick and easy to use, just as easy and fast ways to pay for the journey wether it is your journey or someone elses your paying for which helps alot, esspecially when we do not have to worry about getting Cash so late in bad weather. I love how the app shows you where the driver is by a little moving car on the map, it is cute and helps people easily know where the driver is whilst coming to you, and after pickup too. The driver was allocated just as easily and he came very fast. Fab 🤗

Booked cab through app and received text confirmation. 15 minutes after the cab was supposed to arrive I phoned to find out where it was. I was told they had no record of my booking. I was then hung up on.

Always reliable but still can't put the destination on the app. Needs sorting. Come on guys if arrow a2b can do it I'm sure you can
