The app works like it should. There can be a long wait while it finds a driver for you. The Uber app is a bit faster at selecting a driver to be honest, but it looks like getting a driver to arrive at your pick-up spot takes about the sam amount of time. It just takes Radio Cab longer to select the driver and send them to you, but when they do... it's just a few minutes of waiting. All said the app works like it should.

Gave radio cab a second chance and they failed. Scheduled a ride more than 2 days in advanced. All that did was automatically book about 10 minutes before your scheduled ride in which it got stuck in status "assigning driver". Had to cancel and just walked to get where I needed to go. Thankfully it was only a 30 minute walk and not raining. Do not use this if you absolutely need to get somewhere on time.

I had a cab take me to my destination on Christmas day, then for the return trip I booked through the app and showed that a cab was 15 minutes out. Then my return trip got canceled. I booked again, and my trip got canceled again. I called dispatch, and they told me that they would have the driver call. The driver called and said that he didn't feel comfortable picking me on on Christmas. He also told me to go get a ride from Broadway and proceeded to have me banned from any rides from Radio.
