I have to amend my review. I found the set up was very difficult which resulted in me getting "permanently locked" out of the system. I contacted customer service. And after a short discussion was informed of a glitch in the system while choosing a password. After getting unlocked and choosing an acceptable password everything works as intended. I find that after entering User ID AND password info the system takes a bit to load, but I seem to have some luck pressing the send again seems to work.

Horrible! I not cannot log into my account. I've tried resetting my info, and the app won't accept my SS#. Ot keeps deleting numbers after the first 3 digits. I just withdrew funds a couple of weeks ago, but now it wants me to make a new account. If I can find a way of transferring everything, I will. I had NO issues when this was ICMA-RC. Get your $$$ out now!

I couldn't make up a more negative story than what really happens with this app - received an e-mail "Accessing your account just got easier", then a poor set of instructions and nothing but a spinning circle. It would be funnier if it was not so important. When I retire I'll be looking to move my money to a provider that can make a simple app work.
