the UI of your bank app is the most unfriendly interface I've ever come across, unclear where anything is and not easy to navigate at all. lately the app cinstantly crashes, doesn't show balance, all cards or doesn't load at all. I've been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes and it keeps giving error codes that it's not available. Would be nice if you could look at competitor apps and make your interface more user friendly, as well as the app itself, otherwise impossible to use.

All the news is very cool, but maybe finally add contactless payment in public transport with a wallet? p.s. I mean when paying with a subscription. If we don't carry a physical card with us, I pay with GEL. P.S.S. You have understood well what I mean, not the standard GEL tariff - but the travel season ticket. The sooner you add it, the better. This way you create a lot of inconvenience for the users.

It is impossible to register or recover password, it always gives an error. Sent an email to "info" email address, nobody ever responds. Sent an email with screenshots again to "info" address 2 days ago, still no reply. Awful.
