This is very simple to use and there are several options for background sound effects. I used rain and chimes together and I immediately relaxed and fell asleep! I wish there were more choices for reminder sounds but at least there are a few that I like. These sounds could be used for walking or sitting meditation or just resting in bed. Also the background sounds are very realistic and I love the sound of rain which is why I probably fell asleep right away. Connect to a Bluetooth speaker.

What I like most about this app compared to other meditation apps is that it doesn't just count your current streak of consecutive days. If you miss a day, you're not necessarily penalized for it by starting back at one. You can view what days you've meditated over the past week, month, or year. The frantic need for streaks and stickers that other apps have goes against what we should be doing during and after our meditation. This app gets it right. Simple, beautiful design, but with enough frills to make it adaptable to your needs that day.

This is the first meditation app that I've actually liked. It's very simple to set up, has exactly what I want, and if I want to upgrade the pro version is very reasonable. My one complaint is akin to some of the others on here. It would be nice if when listening to the loops it wasn't so obvious when the loop restarted. Honestly if that was fixed, I would definitely give 5 stars. Thank you for the great app!
