I enjoy this app very much & have for many years. I did notice one problem since it last updated, if a user ever chooses to share a verse with anyone, it NEVER sends the correct verse anymore, it's always completely different 👎

A great app for the convenience of Bible verses to read and study at-a-glance. The commentaries are non-denominational and don't reflect any particular religion other than Christian. My biggest complaint is the random selection of ads on the free version. Some of these ads are very inappropriate and offensive to Christian readers. Since they're displayed on the same screen as the verses and commentaries, it's hard to avoid them. Maybe it'd be better if they popped up at the end, like other apps.

Although every daily verse app is wonderful, since it delivers God's word to us, this one is the best available, in my opinion, for 3 reasons: (1) the verse selection is longer than most daily verse apps while still short enough to easily read. This puts the verse in a larger context, which adds to the meaning. (2) A commentary is included with each verse. These commentaries are biblically faithful and insightful. (3) you can easily switch back and forth between the verse and commentary.
