Never had any problems with the App as its very straight forward and everything makes sense. HOWEVER not sure if it's just me but when I go to view my pin it only shows me the first 3 digits and not the 4th...which is VERY annoying because now I have to wait until the pin reminder comes through the post!! So can't even use the card ...not even for contact less!!!

It is pretty straightforward to use, connects very quickly with your bank account, and hassle free. Seems to take an age to complete and close! Might be just me, but I like this sort of process to complete quickly. There are no other issues so far. Only annoying factor whenever I use the app. I'm asked as to whether I'm enjoying the using it? You seem to have to reply Y/N before being able to close it!

The app is fine, no issues at all. When it comes to the company though, everything is great, until you get into difficulty. Despite telling them my situation before it got too bad, they continued to add charges and fees, which actually made things worse, so absolutely no help at all. Only when I am behind with payments did they showing any concern, but gave me a notice of default anyway. Awful customer service. Use Marbles or Capital One instead. They helped.
