Terrible after the update. Only selection of cities/states are Massachusetts and New York. Before the update I could choose Rhode Island and make changes to my account and pay my bill. Now I need to input my account number and it constantly crashes afterwards. With the money I'm paying every month, you'd think they'd have a somewhat efficient app... NOPE

Absolute garbage. The app is a joke. I recommend using the website to pay your bill, despite it being slow, non responsive, and overall terrible. The app can only be described as "made to infuriate customers". There's no ability to log in to view and make changes to your account. If you can log in at all the best you'll get is seeing the total of your current bill and that's it. Instead of pocketing the marked-up "delivery fee" on my electric, hire a couple more monkeys to program a better app.

Finally, an app to pay my utility bill and look at previous months' charges. However, it is very primitive. I have to look up and physically enter my 10 digit account number every month when I pay my bill. (Who memorizes account numbers?! Oh, and don't forget to erase the dash if you copy and paste it!! ) There's no option for the app to remember my login information or to create a login ID. No biometric login option either. Maybe NG could use their profits to design a more user-friendly app!
