The app used to work flawlessly earlier. From 2 months after the recent update I am not able to use the app at all. It just gets stuck. I called the hotline, the call agent tells me everything is fine. I deleted and reinstalled the app still showing the same. I have started using my other bank account more often because of this.

The problem is not with the app but your service, there is a problem, we call the hotline and it is answered by extremely rude person (female) who does not want to admit that there is a problem. Finally after a day and speaking to several different agents who do not even have any decency or know their job,, thanks to another person who answered and understood and she knew what she was doing and got my problem sorted. My sincere thanks to her.

worst application ever , if I can rate it with zero it will reflect exactly how it is, have used many banks but this one sinks in the worst of them all, I forgot my password I tried to rest then been blocked contacted the agents several times , they unblock then when I try to update my new password it just crash at says we have encountered an error, and then called the agent back she started telling me that I have to disconnect from wifi which I am not connected to!! i tried 8 times i gave up 👎
