More difficult to use then others, more complicated, less flexibility, don't like the pop money transfer and limits are very inconvenient.. 6 months later, still NOT impressed. They could do better! 2 years later am now preparing to cancel ALL accounts here. Too many issues with app and far to many hidden little fees which add up. Employees are great, but establishment sucks and the absolute slowest ATM you'll ever use.

App is working only half the time!! Seriously you are our bank information if we can't go to an "open" location. The app is slow, doesn't always show all your info and transactions, has a lot of issues even trying to log in, app is down so frequently it's annoying. There are occasional crashes and adds in the way. Not impressed with the poor quality and lack of maintenance :(

This app worked great on my old Samsung Galaxy, but doesn't work at all on my new Google Pixel 7 Pro. I've installed and uninstalled it a couple times without success. It won't even open, although the app info states it is compatible. Very disappointing because it was very handy on my old phone. I use my phone for most of my business, so I will miss it. All my other apps work fine on the new phone, only the SAFE app failed.
