I liked this app, but now it just pisses me off. the online check deposit things sucks now. why would you change something that worked perfectly in the beginning, now when I try to deposit my check it takes me 30 mins just to get a good picture of the back of it. Not every endorser is on the tip top of the check, mines is about a quarter of the way. When I take a amazing clear picture of the back of the check it rejects it. but if its a blacked out version that you can barely makeout it takes it.

Quick and easy, love the quick view to my account. Love how I can apply for a loan with just a few clicks. But only thing is the pending and available amount really gets on my nerves! It will say my account balance is 100$ but my available balance is 60$ than so I'll have a pending transaction of 40$ than wont spend any money and BAM I have 20$. So if they are already removing the money from the account than why dose it hit twice? That's the only issue.

App keeps freezing when I try to open. I have to open and close it atleast 3 times before it will finally open. Idk if this is done deliberately because it makes it inconvenient to check my balance. They also don't send me text alerts either so yes I think it's done deliberately. Time to find a new bank
