My fingers do all the walking instead of calling and driving to Fairwinds. The app is simple and easy to use. The software updated the look of the screens and all the tools and services are placed in an easy Menu full screen page. I'm a 10 year customer at Fairwinds and it's like seeing friends! They assisted me every time I had a urgent issue, like fraud or lost credit card! The best part -- I love the way they go the extra mile for their customers!

This app needs to be fixed! Each update is only making it worse! So frustrating! I've been trying to login since yesterday morning to look at my account and send a Zelle payment! It freezes your whole phone and I was finally able to login this evening! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP! π 1/20/2024 App is very frustrating!!!!! Won't open most of the time and freezes your phone!!!!

Latest version is a buggy mess. Most of the time I can't log in without the app crashing several times and on occasion freezing the whole phone. And while I see the little visual updates that have been made, the app still pales in comparison to the apps for competitors like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, or Discover, to name a few. Needs improvement.
