We also have a checking account at another bank. On that mobile app, it frequently requires a security question answered which is annoying. Already did password. Also, they review the mobile deposits twice daily and it seems not always at the same times. If a deposit is made by the mid-morning time it is available the following day. If it's made by the late afternoon time it's not available for 2 days. Not cool.

It's worked for me to check my balances and know when I have to call the bank when I don't understand what happened with my account. It also allows me to transfer money between my checking account and savings account easily.

Recently there has been either no alert messages regarding deposits or balances, and I have to continually register my phone, so because of these issues I rate it 1 star
