The overall app is pretty good and user friendly. Lately though, they have a Turbo Tax ad display on the opening page. I couldn't get rid of it so you tap on it and it redirects it to a Turbo Tax page. It is frustrating. I signed up to use the app not view Turbo Tax ads. It's a bank app and I shouldn't have to navigate around an ad that I haven't absolutely no interest in.

Everything runs smoothly, and action button are well placed. The check deposit system is slow and often requires unneccssary time requiring another look at the check itself. It draws out the process by a few minutes. I often time out because of this and have to start all over. Updated 2/5/2020, no change in check depositing process. Declining one star.

The app is pretty solid overall. There is nothing that I do that isn't in the app already. My only problem with the app comes from the check deposit feature. I don't like that the app always verbally tells me something when it opens the view finder. I also don't like that it plays the camera's shutter sound when it takes the picture of my check.
