Just started banking here. So far the app is easy to use, like that. People at the bank are wonderful, very helpful, love that. However, the bank will show amounts totally different than what I can see on the app. They don't seem to be synced together, don't like that...at all. Twice there has been a bounced check charge when my account wasn't overdrawn. And there are some fees I don't quite understand yet but hope to in the near future. I will wait to see how plays out before a better rating.

I have been using this app for years and had no issues up until last month. I keep getting an error message whenever I try to login. I first used my fingerprint and then tried to manually enter my info. I got a different error message for both. I even reinstalled the app but nothing worked, which is sad because I really like the app. **** edit** I contacted the developer and got an out of office response with absolutely no follow up.

Mobile deposit function is horrible! Even when you meet the requirements it keeps telling you it wasn't accepted. Took over twenty minutes to deposit one check this way. You really need to go back and see how you can improve this. I also bank with bank of America and it's way better than this!
