I've have been using this app for years. I'm able to manage all club accounts from home by seeing balances, transferring funds between accounts, and seeing checks I've written that have cleared, among many of the benefits of having it. I use it weekly to remind me of my debit card spending to update my budget app so I can compare what I actually spend on things vs what I have budgeted for each thing, like gasoline, for example. Couldn't live without it!

I have been accessing my info via internet til yesterday when I noticed that the drop down menu icon was missing & I can no longer log out. I installed the app, knowing it would want me to verify it was me. It sends me a text with a 6 digit # & I send the same 6 digit # back to verify. They send another message: ServU FCU: Identity confirmed. Please go back to your app. Thank you! I go back to the app & my only option is to restart just to continue going in a circle.

Intuitive, easy to navigate, and SIMPLE. There is no need to complicate things, so please leave the app as it is! Sure, change the graphics and colors if you want to, but leave the simplistic functionality as it is!!!!
