Updated: The app is great when it works properly... Lately, maybe 3/5 times when returning to the app you get the "white screen of death"... White screen with the bank logo and it just hangs there. the low balance, large deposit and large withdrawal alerts...useless! I think the longest it's taken so far to get a withdrawal notice is almost 2 days later! It would be nice to get notices within minutes of the transaction... Not DAYS! Fix these issues and I'll give it 5 stars again.

Overall, the app is great, 5 Stars. But the short time limit on taking pics of checks for mobile deposit, 3 Stars. I'm 76, and by the time I call up check deposit, enter the amount, select front, balance my elbows on table, get within range ..."sorry you've timed out". And then sign all the way back in, and start over, trying to be faster!

I feel as if it doesn't run as smoothly on android. I had to switch to an iPhone recently, and downloaded the app and noticed things were a little more thought out. For example, I noticed that with apple as soon as you open the app it is just a picture of your fingerprint. On android, you have to press the password and then it brings up you fingerprint. Little stuff like that. The lack of fluidity on android makes it seem half baked. Overall not bad.
