Extremely slow app. Original review in 2021. App is still slow in 2024. Always asks me to look at the picture of my check. It is always fine. I never retake it and it goes through fine. And then wait some more for it to finish. Internet/data speed is great for everything else on my phone, so has to be the app.

The app usually falsely identifies something as a problem. It will usually claim that I haven't noted on the back that it is a mobile deposit. Other times, it claims that the date is outside its acceptable range. It has even said that the deposit amount did not match the check or that I have not endorsed the check. This app still needs work, but I must use it because the bank closed both branches near me, and I don't want to make the longer drive.

2/16/24- this app can be infuriating. The best use with it for me is checking my balance and struggling to deposit checks due to the touchy system. I am rarely, if ever to pay any payments on my credit card and I'm never able to check my credit score among other things. The app always says "sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later" Save yourself time and headache, use their website New update sucks. Depositing a check is an absolute headache and takes forever.
