Nice app, but needs some improvements. Doesn't offer facial unlock on Android. Worse is if login fails with fingerprint several times, it disables that feature which you have to turn on when you log in again using your password! It should just temporarily disable login for a period of time! This is very difficult for people who use complex passwords... especially the elderly like my mom.

Mostly good. Some minor issues with picture taking of checks for deposit. Mostly around the "For TFS mobile deposit only" any minor unclear, too light or misspelling causes the need to retake.

Always have excellent service. Best saving & loan. Been with them for more than 30 yrs. Nothing has changed, always helpful, I bought 3 homes using third federal thru the years. There is no better service, thank you !!
