The app is good until you try to take the picture on the back of a check to deposit. Then it gets real annoying. Calling into the bank. They're always very helpful so that makes up for it.

Mobile deposit does antiquated black and white scan with poor quality. Not even sure how they can stop fraud using this method. Also a recent update removed fingerprint login. Going backwards. It's 2022 not 2010. Upon further inspection the update simply ticked the fingerprint login off. However the check scan is definitely not good.

I have been a GBB customer since 1983 but when I moved out of Ellis County in 2012 it was sometimes inconvenient. But the app makes it much easier to do my business.
