I was prompted to retake a photo of the check several times because the images were deemed unclear or illegible when I could clear see the images taken. I'm not sure if it was a glitch or not but the amount of time and inconvenience this cost me make me question whether I will use this option in the future. This certainly was not convenient!

Still horrible app.. Way too long to process check. The camera shutter sounds are obnoxious and you can't turn them off. Came over from Atlantic Stewardship Bank and this apps capture technology is horrible in comparison. Also to add to the pain is the fact that after the images are submitted it takes in upwards a 15 to 20 seconds for the deposit to go through. At this pace I might get done at midnight... Please FIX. Thank you!

Excellent app! Update:. I still find this app easy and convenient. I have no trouble depositing checks. I've read all the reviews about people having trouble depositing checks, so I'm wondering if part of the problem is their cell phones. This is so much easier than going to the bank. Having to review the picture gives me confidence that what the check states is what is actually being deposited.
