Mazuma Mobile Banking

The app doesn't include all transactions immediately. If you don't use your PIN, there is a significant delay in when it shows in the transaction history on the app. Your available balance shows higher than it actually is for up to 1-2 days. That makes it very difficult to budget/track appropriately. Especially when you have more than one person and card on one account. It's incredibly frustrating. Also, not having the ability for each person on the account to have the app with their own login.

Most of the time the app will not get past login. Overdrawing is very common because you will not be shown how much you have after a transaction for anywhere between a few minutes to multiple hours. Internet requirement is fair however it means if you're anywhere without Wi-Fi you just cannot access your wifi. So bad I had to switch banks because I just can't access my money.

The check deposit process was unusable until I called Mazuma for help. And here we go again. The area following this one, titled "Tell us more" has a rotating blue circle and will not accept any data entry. My original issues are: 1) Command words in the lower blue banners are invisible due to text color; try changing to black. 2) There are no clues to what to cause taking a photo (tap the check image)--the old app took picture automatically. 3) Needs better testing + clearer user documentation
