Independent Bank Mobile Banking—a better way of banking.

Manage your finances wherever and whenever you want. Independent Bank Mobile Banking allows easy access to your accounts directly from your mobile device.

All you need to do is enter your Independent Bank Online Banking ID and password and log in. If you forget your online ID or password, simply call 1-888-716-9293 ext. 298 for assistance.

Use your mobile device to:
CHECK BALANCES—See current online banking account balances.
PAY BILLS—Submit payments to registered billing accounts in your Independent Bank Bill Pay system.
TRANSFER FUNDS—Transfer funds between your eligible i-bank accounts.
• DEPOSIT CHECKS—Snap a picture of your check and deposit it from practically any location.
LOCATE—Find the nearest i-Bank branch or ATM using your GPS-enabled device.

To ensure all your accounts and transactions are secure, Independent Bank has implemented the following security measures:
No account numbers are used with this app—we only use aliases that mask your account and biller info.
All transmitted information is sent and received using state-of-the-art encryption methods.
A password is required each and every time you sign in to Independent Bank Mobile Banking.
Only transfers between existing accounts can be made—you cannot add a new account using the app.
Bill payments can only be made to existing billing accounts—you cannot add a new billing account using the app.
Plus, we’ve made sure that our Mobile Banking Guarantee provides you with 100% coverage.**
Data service charges may apply through your wireless carrier.

Your mobile deposit app has always been problematic. It takes multiple tries to get it to work. The instructions are incorrect as well. Update: I haven't had to use mobile deposit in a while, so I can't speak to that. However, for the last few months the app takes up to a minute or more to open on my phone. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and nothing fixes it.

This app used is now UNUSABLE.Updating it did NOT help. It absolutely will NOT log me in. After all the problems with not being able to access my online banking through a web browser, now even the app won't work. No phone calls returned despite multiple complaints. DONT use this bank! They DONT care sbout their customers and ESPECIALLY their customers with visual impairments

Why are there 3 independent bank apps now. None of which I can log on to. The app issues, ATM fees, frequent user agreement changes, and lack of locations are the reasons I will be changing banks.
