Actually, I don't mind if the app is a bit glitchy or slow. Customer service (CS) doing their best as well. It has a product that I want. But, this app have some features that do nothing in the end like: tracing your package, payment that didn't even synchronized, or even cancel and refund. I think it's better to disable that features, put your CS to handle that for some time, and after it got fixed, you can enabled them again.

Since WFH, I really rely on this apps for shop grocery and my monthly needs.. And they deliver it just 1 day after my order in. And I also use it to get original Korean skin care with affordable price. And never get any trouble. The CS is fast response and always has solution for my complaints. Even if the apps is not the best, it's the shopping experience that matters. (EDIT: Now, I can't login with Facebook and even with email!]
