Can't log into the app using the account I already have with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I put in the username and password and it tells me I have to use an email address...so I put in the email address that goes with my account and it tells me it's not a valid email. My tickets, parking passes, etc. are all associated with the account I have with the speedway. If I can't log into the app using that account, what good it is? (Answer: NONE AT ALL!) I can't believe the "Official App" that the pages IN MY ACCOUNT are telling me to download won't let me log in with the account I already have. It's crazy! You really need to fix this, devs. Hopefully before the next race so I can get updates about the safety precautions the track is using for us lucky 25% who get to see the race in person this year.

I was able to download this app, but then I was unable to sign in, either with the account that I already have with IMS or with a newly-created one. Folks, I don't need this hassle! Navigating the race is already difficult enough! Quit trying to "improve our experience" while just making it more frustrating!

I just purchased digital tickets online and downloaded this app. Since downloading, I have been unable to open it due to it crashing. According to the IMS website digital tickets can't be printed and must be used from the app. I'm a little beyond upset that after purchasing 2 tickets I'm not sure if I'll be allowed entry.
