With iA Mobile, you can:

GROUP INSURANCE
- Submit your claims securely
- Send photos of your receipts, if required
- Track your claims
- Use your health spending account to reimburse the unpaid portion of a claim
- Check the eligibility of healthcare providers
- Check your prescription drug coverage
- Estimate the amount you will be reimbursed for your prescription drugs
- Find pharmacies that offer the prescription drug you are looking for and compare prices*
- Use your smartphone as a group insurance card
- Obtain proof of travel insurance**
- Produce the list of expenses for your income tax return

The functionalities in iA Mobile vary based on the plan chosen by your employer.

** WebRx users outside Quebec can view the price of the medication they are searching for in each pharmacy found. In Quebec, WebRx does not provide prices per pharmacy; instead it provides an average provincial price for each drug being searched.
** Obtain proof of travel insurance if your group insurance plan covers emergency medical care received outside of Canada

This app could really use a better authentication system. At least a 2 step auth. I feel like a 2* score is justified by the severity of this issue. I'd gladly change my review to 5* once this is implemented.

This app has potential but it's currently useless. The card rarely loads so when you need to access it in a pinch, too bad. I see others have the same issue but instead of actually fixing the issue, you're being told to call in. Secondly, the option that shows you what you're covered for and how much never loads. So basically, the only thing that works consistently on the app is logging in and viewing the claims. That's it. So just use the site. iA needs to actually address this.

Hello, The best advice would be to contact customer support. They should be able to help and if they are not able to, they will create an incident for the mobile app team to look into!
