App does not record weight or BMI from scale, nor does it log picture. My phone appears to be connecting to scale because Bluetooth icon stops blinking and BMI is calculated, which it doesn't do when not connected. Also, unable to see exercises on strength training day. I can click the down arrow, but nothing appears. Currently can only see them on web page. Finally, would be nice to be able to log food from app. Another thing that can only be done from web browser.

This review is for the app and not the program since I just started it. This app is desgined for the PREMIUM program. If you don't own the scale, don't bother. But I can't understand why the app would not include a way to sync may of the dozens - hundreds of scales that are avilable. Or why the progress picture relies on the scale. If the idea is to grow the program beyond employee incentives, this app needs to grow beyond the current limitations.

App worked for a couple days and is supposed to be connecting to receive data from Garmin Connect but it quit working 5 days ago and even removing and reinstalling the app, rechecking permissions to share data in both Garmin and IncentaHealth has not fixed the problem. Seems to be a server-side issue that has not been addressed properly. The program is alright, the app does one thing right - weight and BMI using only their proprietary scale, but it doesn't back-share that info to Garmin
