App is good, but.... To track my shipment I have to insert my AWB number everytime. There should be an option where you can track a AWB shipment once entered in one click. Would love this see the changes at it would make the app more useful other wise it won't be any different than using the browser. Non - registered regular user.

The package has been stagnant at a nearby facility for four consecutive days without any recent updates or means of communication, suggesting inadequate service. Despite attempting to contact the customer care number, it always seems to be switched off. I am uncertain about the expected delivery date of my package.

The worst and fraud courier service company. Don't cheat customers with your inefficiency to to work. All the numbers provided are fake and wrong numbers. And any number from courier services although you call many times no one picks up and once they pick up they talk very rudely. They do not deliver your courier properly. Worst experience ever!
