Sadly, I can't even open this app & haven't been able to for the last couple of updates. It opens to the 'Don't miss a thing' landing page, then I get the spinning circle of doom. No matter how long I leave it, whether I opt in or not, it doesn't move past this landing page.

I have had this app for a few years and have always been able to do everything through it ie book flights, get boarding pass. But now I can't even log on.. It continually tells me to log on, and doesn't do it. I have tried changing my password, deleting and re installing but to no avail....its rubbish!

Jetstar's App and online presence and procedures should be held up as an example of how all travel related ecommerce can and should be done. They should be congratulated. They make it so easy and straightforward. It makes the often stressful task of organising travel relaxing, and that's a big win for the traveller. Well done! 💯
